outside

Finally I could get new carpets for my outside place and start to organize the place. The wall-painters are gone from my side of the house, and the walls are red and nice after the painting.

Had to get new carpets for the outside place as the old ones had to be thrown out after the last summer season. They last approximately three years provided you take them in over the winter. They are OK with rain but not with snow.

I got 2 of the above ones from Indiska. The backside pattern is in reverse to the above. Noticed when I placed them on the floor that they must be smaller than the previous ones. Big enough though I think. Just don’t want to have to put bare feet directly onto the concrete.

Have also started to put up flowerpots and the furniture that is supposed to be on the outside place. Slowly making progress. Not yet finished but getting there. I have pillows both for the bench and the chairs but I don’t leave them there unless I myself am there. Too many cats in the neighborhood…Impossible to leave pillows outside unattended.

I also need to give the bench some new black paint where it has disappeared over the winter. The outside place will look less black and white when more plants get there. With the warm and sunny weather we presently have I am happy I can finally use the place again.
