Round Things, Part III

There are more round things I want to show you. Just because I enjoy them ;).

The blue glass ball from Malta with traces of other stuff inside it. Looks different from each direction depending on how the light sifts through it.

And then there are stones… Stones have always fascinated me when they get this round, all formed by nature. The above stone is a lava stone from the volcano at Santorini, Greece. (I know, you are not supposed to pick the lava stones…). Rough surface. Very round. Not that heavy to hold as a normal stone.

And this is a regular stone which I don’t remember where I picked it. Smooth and soft on the surface. Pretty heavy. Don’t know which kind of stone it is. But I like its grayness.

And something completely different… The salt and pepper holders above and below. Got them from a magazine as a thank you gift for subscribing.  I like them, even though they are pretty impractical. Using the salter you get salt all over the place if you are not careful. Using the pepper-thing, you have to be careful to get it out the one hole and not from the top… or you sneeze. But I like the form of them.
