April 2nd, 2005, Saturday It is a BIG difference to work 75 percent instead of 25 percent like I did the previous year. I've still got the 25 percent at my old job, plus the 50 percent at the newspaper. Much less time to write something here. I enjoy the work at the big daily newspaper. I just wish I could quit my 25% work at my old workplace and get a full time employment in one single place. I have no idea what will happen after June 3rd when the job at the big newspaper comes to an end. Chances to get something full-time and steady are slim. I've got age against me. We will have to see what will happen. I'll try to write more frequently here. Spring is finally approaching. Snow is almost gone, after a winter with quite a lot of snow and actually rather cold weather compared to the last couple of years. The sun and light is now finally back. This summer I will probably not be able to go abroad. Simply cannot afford it. Had to buy a new TV (the old one died) and just got advised I owe more income tax for last year. Not at all fun. |
